Les grew up in Cairns before venturing off overseas to work in the Hospitality Industry. After some time abroad, Les found his way back to Cairns where he commenced his carpentry apprenticeship. Les has since gone on to complete his Certificate IV in Building and Construction which allows him to draw on a solid understanding of on-site carpentry work and effective job planning to deliver quality outcomes.
As IBS Service Manager, Les’ role involves providing quotes, scheduling technicians and managing building related jobs and projects through their planning, implementation and closure lifecycles. Les takes pride in being easy to work with, adaptable, and committed to completing work safely and to a high standard.
When not at work Les enjoys wakeboarding at the wake park, motorbike rides to Port Douglas and spending time with his family.
